Abstract:The prognostic scoring system is used to assess the prognosis of Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) patients to get the right treatment strategy. Poor prognosis, treatment resistance, and tumorigenesis have been associated with the overexpression of Myeloid Cell Leukemia-1 (MCL-1), an anti-apoptotic protein in several hematologic malignancies, including CML.
