Abstract: Tuberculosis is still an endemic in many parts of the world. Vascular complications have been described in patients with tuberculosis and in aggressive chest infections such as actinomycoses. Etiology of internal mammary artery pseudoaneurysms includes iatrogenic causes or a complication of infection (mycotic aneurysm).
