Mycophenolate Mofetil Use in Severe Myocarditis Complicating Systemic Lupus

Abstract: Cardiac involvement represents an increasingly frequent complication in systemic lupus, with pericarditis being the most classic cardiac manifestation. However, the most severe and fatal form seems to be myocarditis.
