Mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) in Pulmonary Hypertension

Abstract: Pulmonary arterial hypertension is a vascular disease which is characterized by abnormal proliferation of smooth muscle cells leading to occlusion of pulmonary arterioles, right ventricular hypertrophy and death.
