Muzi’s Tension Free Primary Closure of Pilonidal Sinus Disease: Updates on Long-Term Results on 514 Patients

Abstract: Muzi's tension free primary closure technique has proved to be an effective treatment, showing in the long-term follow-up low recurrence rate and high degree of patient satisfaction. Therefore, we strongly recommend this technique for the treatment of PSD.
