Abstract: SummaryYcf1p is a member of the ATP-binding cassette transporter family of membrane proteins. Strong sequence similarity has been observed between Ycf1p, the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) and multidrug resistance protein (MRP).
