Abstract: Myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) are hematological disorders affecting myeloid stem cells. They are classified as Philadelphia (Ph) chromosome positive-chronic myeloid leukemia, and Ph-negative polycythemia vera, essential thrombocythemia, primary myelofibrosis, chronic neutrophilic leukemia, chronic eosinophilic leukemia, juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia, and MPN unclassifiable.
