Abstract: Background: Primary hyperoxaluria (PH) is a rare autosomal recessive disorder, mainly due to the increase in endogenous oxalate production, causing a series of clinical features such as kidney stones, nephrocalcinosis, progressive impairment of renal function, and systemic oxalosis.
