Mutant Firefly Luciferase Enzymes Resistant to the Inhibition by Sodium Chloride

Abstract: ObjectivesFirefly luciferase, one of the most extensively studied enzymes, has numerous applications. However, luciferase activity is inhibited by sodium chloride.
