Musiré: multimodal simulation and reconstruction framework for the radiological imaging sciences

Abstract: A software-based workflow is proposed for managing the execution of simulation and image reconstruction for SPECT, PET, CBCT, MRI, BLI and FMI packages in single and multimodal biomedical imaging applications.
