CPA has been utilized to analyze early childhood education funding (Hollett & Frankenberg, 2022), higher education transfer policy (Chase, 2014), school district responses to gentrification (Diem et al, 2019), state-level policies (Sampson, 2019), and federal education policy (Kos, 2018).
