Murine induced pluripotent stem cells can be derived from and differentiate into natural killer T cells

Abstract: NKT cells demonstrate antitumor activity when activated to produce Th1 cytokines by DCs loaded with α-galactosylceramide, the prototypic NKT cell-activating glycolipid antigen.
