Abstract: Non-Typhoidal Salmonella (NTS) is one of the most common foodborne pathogens worldwide, with poultry products being the major vehicle for pathogenesis in humans. The use of bacteriophage (phage) cocktails has recently emerged as a novel approach to enhancing food safety.
