Multiplication in vitro de Syringa vulgaris ‘Katherine Havemeyer’ et ‘Charles Joly’

Abstract: . Explants and subsequent cultures growth were improved when the cytokinin 2iPA was present in the culture medium during initiation and multiplication stage for both cultivars. Explant density had little effect on growth during the initiation stage while a density of four explants per container gave the best results during the multiplication stage.
