Multiplicação da planta medicinal Brossimum gaudichaudii Trécul (Moraceae) em meio de cultura

Abstract: Este trabalho teve como objetivo aprimorar técnicas de micropropagação para a produção in vitro com sementes e segmentos nodais de mama-cadela, planta importante no tratamento do vitiligo. Plant Preservative Mixture (PPM) e Hipoclorito de Sódio, em diferentes concentrações, foram usados para desinfestação de segmentos nodais e sementes.
