Multiple versus single doses of dexamethasone in total hip arthroplasty

Abstract: Background: Reduction of post-operative pain, nausea, and vomiting in patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty (THA) may facilitate earlier discharge from hospital and reduce healthcare costs.
