Multiple translucent papules on the face, worsening in summer

Abstract: A 50-year-old woman presented with a 5-year history of multiple, asymptomatic, skin-coloured translucent papules ranging from 2 to 6 mm in diameter, mainly distributed on the periorbital and malar areas (Fig. 1).
