Multiple Sklerose: Neurorehabilitation und symptomatische Therapie

Abstract: Bei multipler Sklerose (MS) sind aufgrund einer frühzeitigen Einschränkung der Teilhabe am Arbeitsleben die Wiederherstellung und der Erhalt der Erwerbsfähigkeit wesentliche Ziele der neurologischen Rehabilitation. Neben den Besonderheiten der MS in der neurologischen Rehabilitation wird in diesem Beitrag unabhängig von der Verlaufsform die rehabilitative und symptomatische Therapie häufiger Symptome dargestellt und in einem Fallbeispiel vertieft.
