Multiple Nucleotide-Dependent Conformations of a Mycobacterial RCK Domain

Abstract: affinity and specificity for each NBS, the interactions between the various NBSs, and the mechanism whereby nucleotide binding events are transmitted to the channel pore are largely unknown.
