Abstract:Case: We present a 27-year-old man who presented with worsened back pain after a fall from a ladder. Unrelenting pain prompted the discovery through imaging and biopsy of a large pelvic plasmacytoma along with innumerable axial and appendicular lytic osseous lesions. The patient was soon thereafter diagnosed with light chain multiple myeloma (MM) and underwent measurable residual disease response-adapted consolidation treatment.
