Multiple Myeloma in a Patient with Hoarseness, Dysphagia, Aspiration, and Cervical Lymphadenopathy

Abstract: A bst ract Mu ltipl e niyeloma , which primarily aifeets the elderly, is rare in the head and ne ck. We report the ease oja 7J-yearold man who came to IIS with hoarseness , dysphagia, int ermittent aspiration, and cervieal lymphadenopathy.
