Abstract:Multiple myeloma generally occurs in older adults, with the clonal proliferation of plasma cells and accumulation of monoclonal protein resulting in a broad range of clinical manifestations and complications, including hypercalcemia, renal dysfunction, anaemia, and bone destruction (termed CRAB features).
