Multiple Lesions Arising Within a Tattoo: Challenge

Abstract: A 52-year-old man, with no history of skin cancer, presented with complaint of itchy bumps on his right forearm within a tattoo he obtained approximately 3 months before presentation. Within 1 month of receiving the tattoo, he began to develop 2 skin lesions overlying red areas within the tattoo.
