Studies were completed on the paths to justice in Australia (Coumarelos, Wei and Zhou, 2006), Bulgaria (Gramatikov, 2008), Canada (Currie, 2006; 2007; 2009; McEown, 2009), England (Pleasance, Buck, Balmer, O'Grady, Genn and Smith, 2004; Pleasance, Balmer and Buck, 2006; Pleasance, Balmer and Tam, 2007; Pleasance, Balmer, Tam, Buck, Smith and Patel, 2008), Hong Kong (Asia Consulting Group Limited, 2008), Japan (Muruyama, 2007), the Netherlands (Van Velthoven and Ter Voert, 2004; Van Velthoven and Klein Haarhuis, 2010), New Zealand (Legal Services Agency, 2007; Nicholas, 2007) and Northern Ireland (Dignan, 2006).
