“…Other materials. Apart from the much-investigated LAO/STO interface, 2DEGs at a TMOI can be found in other material combinations, for example LVO/KTO (LaVO 3 /KTaO 3 ) [144], LVO/STO [145], LTO/STO [134] and CZO/STO [146] interfaces where CZO stands for CaZrO 3 (the last-mentioned system stands out by being non-polar without strain). AMR was only studied in the first two examples; sometimes, anisotropic data is shown [134] (longitudinal and transversal MR seperately, as mentioned before), although not being referred to as AMR in the respective publication.…”

“…In low-temperature measurements in (001)-interfaces of LVO/KTO [144] and LVO/STO [145] a lowfield twofold AMR turned into a high-field fourfold AMR. In the case of a (111)-interface of LVO/STO the high-field AMR was sixfold.…”

“…The AMR and PHE observed in STO‐based systems have been irregular and their origins were linked to anisotropy in magnetic scattering and change in the Fermi surface due to their orbital configuration and reconstruction. [ 199–204 ] The LVO‐KTO system was found to show both PHE and AMR, [ 45 ] which were oscillatory in nature, having sinϕcosϕ and cos 2 ϕ dependences, respectively (Figure 18d,e). The AMR oscillations showed a transition from twofold to fourfold behavior when the magnetic exceeded 7 T, whereas no such change was observed in the PHE.…”

“…Perovskite oxides are a class of materials that host an enormous amount of rich physical properties. [ 7–20 ] In addition, due to their simple cubic structures, heterostructures of different perovskite oxides can rather easily be prepared. Realization of Weyl fermions in perovskite oxides may give additional freedom of integrating other physical properties to achieve higher functionalities and emergent physical properties if an appropriate heterostructure is designed.…”
