Lack of efficacy: case reportA 12-year-old girl exhibited lack of efficacy during treatment with erythromycin, domperidone, omeprazole, metoclopramide, ondansetron and botulinum toxin for idiopathic severe gastroparesis.The girl was referred with a lifelong history of vomiting.
