Multiple drivers of contrasting diversity–invasibility relationships at fine spatial grains

Abstract: The diversity–invasibility hypothesis and ecological theory predict that high‐diversity communities should be less easily invaded than species‐poor communities, but empirical evidence does not consistently support this prediction.
