Multiple autoimmune syndrome complicating the management of diabetic retinopathy

Abstract: Purpose To describe a case of multiple autoimmune syndrome presenting with type I diabetes, choroidal vitiligo, coeliac disease, pseudohypoparathyroidism, and immune thrombocytopenia purpura (ITP), the latter diagnosed seven years after the initial presentation.
