Bipolar fuzzy sets (BFSs) are effective tool for dealing with bipolarity and fuzziness. The sine trigonometric functions having two significant features, namely, periodicity and symmetry about the origin, are helping in decision analysis and information analysis. Taking the advantage of sine trigonometric functions and significance of BFSs, innovative sine trigonometric operational laws (STOLs) are proposed. New aggregation operators (AOs) are developed based on proposed operational laws to aggregate bipolar fuzzy information. Certain characteristics of these operators are also discussed, such as boundedness, monotonicity, and idempotency. Moreover, a modified superiority and inferiority ranking (SIR) method is proposed to cope with multicriteria group decision-making (MCGDM) with bipolar fuzzy (BF) information. To exhibit the relevance and feasibility of this methodology, a robust application of best medical tourism supply chain is presented. Finally, a comprehensive comparative and sensitivity analysis is evaluated to validate the efficiency of suggested methodology.

One of the most important innovations brought by digitization is the cryptocurrency, also called virtual or digital currency, which has been discussed in recent years and in particular is a new platform for investors. Different types of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Binance Coin, and Tether do not depend on a central authority. Decision making is complicated by categorization and transmission of uncertainty, as well as verification of digital currency. The weighted average and weighted geometric aggregation operators are used in this article to define a multi-attribute decision-making approach. This work investigates the uniqueness of q-rung orthopair fuzzy hypersoft sets (q-ROFHSS), which respond to instabilities, uncertainty, ambiguity, and imprecise information. This research also covers some fundamental topics of q-ROFHSS. The model offered here is the best option for learning about electronic currency. This study validates the complexity of decision-making problems with different attributes and subattributes to obtain an optimal choice. We conclude that Bitcoin has a diverse set of applications and that crypto assets are well positioned to become an important asset class in decision making.

Before the advent of the new era, my country has completed the popularization of higher education, and the country has gradually begun to pay attention to the quality of higher education. Under the background of Healthy China, the quality of physical education teaching in colleges and universities has become a hot topic of social concern. The quality of physical education teaching in colleges and universities directly determines the quality of physical education talents. A reasonable, complete, and scientific evaluation system of physical education teaching quality in colleges and universities is an effective measure to improve the quality of physical education teaching and the training of physical education talents. The physical education teaching quality evaluation in colleges and universities is frequently viewed as the multiple attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) issue. In such paper, taxonomy method is designed for solving the MAGDM under single-valued neutrosophic sets (SVNSs). First, the score function of SVNSs and criteria importance through intercriteria correlation (CRITIC) method is used to derive the attribute weights. Second, then, the optimal choice is obtained through calculating the smallest single-valued neutrosophic number development attribute values from the single-valued neutrosophic number positive ideal solution (SVNNPIS). Finally, a numerical example for physical education teaching quality evaluation in colleges and universities is given to illustrate the built method.
