Multiphysics Analysis of Ultrasonic Shock Wave Lithotripsy and Side Effects on Surrounding Tissues

Abstract: Background: Today, the most common method for kidney stone therapy is extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. Current research is a numerical simulation of kidney stone fragmentation via ultrasonic shock waves.
