Multiphase Flow Through Inlet Manifolds of HVAC Systems

Abstract: Inlet manifolds in HVAC systems are required to deliver specified amounts of refrigerant and oil to multiple compressors. However, multiphase flow through such manifolds is quite sensitive to upstream geometry and flow conditions.
