Multiparametric 3T MRI evaluation of hereditary spastic paraplegia: A case report

Abstract: Hereditary spastic paraplegia (HSP) is a rare heterogeneous group of familial neurodegenerative disorders characterized by degeneration of the corticospinal tracts and posterior column of the spinal cord.
