“…We use it to share understanding and thus to all things considered, mutually, comprehend it. Language is a method by which people create innovative ideas and share experiences in society (Gibbons, 2016). Niazi & Lodhi (2020) discussed the significance of Bloom's Taxonomy in their study ,they argued that Bloom's taxonomy is based on the levels of reasoning skills.English language teaching could be facilitated by the emphasis on the levels of critical thinking skill.…”

“…The Ark , and indeed transmedial texts of its kind, poses particular challenges for Text World Theory, both with regard to its ontological structure and in relation to how we map reading experience in Text-World-Theory terms. Through an examination of the The Ark ’s text-worlds, this work sets out to address such challenges, considering the process of multimodal meaning construction (building on the work of Gibbons (2011, 2012, 2016, 2019)), examining the conceptual intricacies of the epistolary form and exploring the influence of paratextual matter on world-building and construal. In doing so, I offer new insights into the conceptualisation of ‘empty text-worlds’ (Gavins, 2007; Lahey, 2004), extend Gibbons’ (2017) discussions of transmedial world-creation and argue for a more nuanced understanding of dystopian epistolary as framed within Text World Theory.…”
