“…X-ray tomosynthesis to date has been used increasingly in non-destructive material testing, industrial flaw detection, security inspection, as well as human medical diagnosis [1]- [11].Tomosynthesis systems interrogate three-dimensional (3D) objects under inspection from cone beam measurements coming from a few incident directions.
