Abstract

The importance of this research lies in that it deals with virtual reality as an effective way to simulate reality whatever its circumstances and difficult, through which it can be configured for different environments told the reality of an individual can't be accessed or coexistence with them.As china builds the largest nursery for engineers and scientific researchers in the world .Egypt also has a new vision to develop university education 2030.so both could develop vocational & artificial & technical training and they could have co-projects of virtual education process.
