Research in digital teaching and learning (T&L) focusing on multimedia elements based on art content is essential in enhancing the quality of the curriculum delivery. Inaddition, research on art content in digital T&L for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) is limited. Thus, this paperexploresthe elementsof multimedia components in T&L for TVET based on art content. Art content refers to the subjectmatter or the message conveyed by the presentation.Theresearch utilizesthe Fuzzy Delphi Method(FDM) as methodology. In the first phase, fiveexpertsspecializing in multimedia and artwereinterviewed. After finalizingthe interview results, a matrix analysisthat combines the literatures finding was developedin order to determine the multimedia elements based on the art content. In the second phase, nine experts, including five from the first phase, validated the elements using the instrument.By using the Fuzzy Delphi Method, average values of m1, m2, and m3, 'd' orThreshold value, expert’sconsensus and Fuzzy Evaluation were derived from the data. Findingsindicates thatforty items out of four componentswhich are emotional, subjective, execution,and psychologicalhave been validated by the experts and reach 75 per cent of consensus. In conclusion, multimedia components based on art content in digital T&L for TVET should be utilized as a reference in developing digital content to provide future T&L standards for educators.

The effect of the COVID-19 pandemic shows that schools must adapt new approaches in order to continue to provide teaching and learning at schools. To achieve this, students must be equipped to learn in a multifaceted, multitasking, and technology-driven world, and the utilization of web 2.0 tools has been revealed as important in this endeavor. The aim of this study is to introduce an educational website enriched with web 2.0 tools designed for science teaching and in addition, to show the effect on achievement and motivation. Therefore, the effect of an educational website supported by web 2.0 tools on achievement and motivation was investigated in a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group. The unit of “Force and Energy” was presented through an educational website enriched by Web 2.0 tools. The positive effects of using the website on the achievement and motivation of the students in the results brought to mind the use of an educational website supported by web 2.0 tools as an alternative or support to online training during the COVID 19 pandemic.

COVID-19 salgın sürecinde eğitim ve öğrenmeye devam etmek için bu değişen koşullara hızla uyum sağlanması gerektiği anlaşılmıştır. Bu süreçten sonra öğrencilerin ve öğretmenlerin çok yönlü, çok görevli, özellikle teknoloji odaklı bir dünyada öğretme ve öğrenme becerilerine sahip olmaları beklenir. Birçok ülkede, ilköğretimden yükseköğretime kadar tüm öğretim ve öğrenim uzaktan ve çevrimiçi eğitime dönüşmüştür. Bu çalışmada bahsedilen eğitsel web sitesi, çevrimiçi eğitime hem destek hem de alternatif olabilir. Çalışmada web 2.0 araçları kullanılarak Kuvvet ve Enerji ünitesi kazanımlarına uygun hazırlanan materyaller 5E öğrenme modeline göre planlanarak “Fen Dünyası” adlı eğitsel web sitesi üzerine yerleştirilmiştir. Öğretim 2018-2019 öğretim yılında bu site üzerinden yüz yüze gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma, 5E öğrenme modeline göre web 2.0 araçları ile zenginleştirilmiş bir web sitesi kullanılarak yapılan öğretim ile ilgili öğrenci görüşlerinin tespit edilmesine dayanan bir durum çalışmasıdır. Veri toplama aracı olarak yapılandırılmış bir görüşme formu kullanılmış ve betimsel analiz ile incelenmiştir. Yapılan öğretim sonrasında, öğrenciler, fen bilimleri dersini daha çok sevdiklerini ve daha eğlenceli bulduklarını belirtmişlerdir. Ayrıca daha iyi öğrendiklerini ve derse karşı ilgilerinde artış olduğunu söyledikleri görülmüştür. Bu nedenle fen bilimleri öğretmenlerinin çevrimiçi derslere ek olarak web 2.0 araçları ve özellikle eğitsel bir web sitesini kullanmaları önerilir.
