Multilocus sequence analysis and identification of mating-type idiomorphs distribution in Magnaporthe oryzae population of Karnataka state of India

Abstract: Aims:To investigate the genetic diversity, population structure and mating-type distribution among the eco-distinct isolates of Magnaporthe oryzae from Karnataka, India.
