Multilevel Model of Teachers' Work Performance

Abstract: This study is a multilevel model that relates emotional intelligence as a predictor of job performance and the mediating role of the organizational climate in the job satisfaction of teachers at the Dr. Alfredo Raúl Vera Vera Millennium Educational Unit in the city of Guayaquil.
