Multilevel analysis of resonant leadership and subordinate’s work performance during COVID-19: a study of the indian software industry

Abstract: This study examined the multilevel model that explains how the interaction effect of resonant leadership and gender identity influences proposed outcomes through the mediating role of psychological capital.
