The combination of millimeter-wave and MIMO channel is a hotspot in the research of fifth-generation (5G) communication in recent years. In this paper, the SBR method is used to simulate a typical indoor office environment in the line-ofsight (LoS) scenario and the near-field scenario. The frequency is 28 GHz, and the receiver is an 8*8 vertical planar array. Firstly, the effectiveness of the SBR method is verified by analyzing the power angle profiles (PAPs) of the azimuth angle of arrival (AAoA). Secondly, the spatial non-stationary characteristics of the millimeter-wave MIMO channel are analyzed through the received power and power delay distribution of elements at the antenna's array. Some characteristics of the millimeter-wave MIMO channel are revealed from these analyses.
