Multilayer bandpass filter‐polarizer with stopband extension far beyond twofold center frequency

Abstract: We propose a multilayer bandpass filter in which every resonator consists of two identical dielectric layers separated by a grating of parallel strip conductors. The resonators themselves are separated from each other and from the ambient space by gratings of strip conductors with an axis orthogonal to the axis of the gratings inside the resonators.
