Abstract:Soft tissue multifocal liposarcoma is a rare entity in pathology and accounts for only 1 per cent of malignant tumors of adults. The difficulty lies in identifying whether it was multifocal liposarcoma or metastatic disease. We report in our article a case about this rare pathology, which can present itself by a deceptive and falsely reassuring symptomatology with a rapidly fatal evolution, by insisting on its radiological aspects which are rather characteristic.
