Abstract:A woman in her 40s presented to hospital with cholangitis. A magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography showed a moderately dilated common bile duct and mild intrahepatic duct dilatation with sludge. She underwent a successful endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) and sphincteroplasty.
