Abstract: IntroductionMultidrug chemoimmunotherapy with rituximab, high-dose methotrexate, procarbazine and vincristine (R-MPV) is a standard therapy for younger patients with primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL); however, prospective data regarding its use in elderly patients are lacking.
