Multidomain Integrated Exercises Decreased the Risk of Falls of Community-Dwelling Older Adults

Abstract: To determine effects of a multidomain health promotion (MDHP) scheme for the community elderly in reducing fall risks. Methods: Database from older persons using the scheme was analyzed and categorized as high and low risk of fall groups retrospectively.
