Multicriteria Decision Support Would Avoid Overdiagnosis and Overtreatment

Abstract: Population-level studies confirm the existence of significant rates of overdiagnosis and overtreatment in a number of conditions, particularly those for which the screening of asymptomatic individuals is routine.
