Abstract: Phytoremediation has been considered a sustainable environmental technology for heavy metals decontamination. In this work, we evaluated the metal contents by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) of three plant species collected in a mine in the Brazilian Amazonia area.
