Multi-Scale Attention-Based Mechanism in Gradient Boosting Convolutional Neural Network for Diabetic Retinopathy Grade Classification

Abstract: Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) is a common complication of Diabetes Mellitus (DM) that produces retinal abnormalities and can lead to blindness if not diagnosed and treated on time.
