Multi-period Investment Strategies with Transaction Costs Under Cumulative Prospect Theory

Abstract: This paper focuses on optimal investment strategies under cumulative prospect theory (CPT). Considering transaction costs, we investigate CPT investors multi-period optimal portfolios.
