Abstract: Chirality‐directed stem‐cell‐fate determination involves coordinated transcriptional and metabolomics programming that is only partially understood. Here, using high‐throughput transcriptional‐metabolic profiling and pipeline network analysis, the molecular architecture of chirality‐guided mesenchymal stem cell lineage diversification is revealed.
